Handmade by survivors in Uganda, these Ankole wall hangings or ornaments are the ideal way to decorate your wall, tree or to gift a loved one. They add a touch of fun to your walls or tree. We start with recycled ankole cattle horn that is cleaned and shaped by a local craftsperson in Uganda, and then it is made into a beautiful finished piece by our artisans in Kampala. The ornament and year round wall hanging also features a tassel made from locally grown raffia.
Made from Ankole, raffia, ribbon, polished brass, and glass beads, this ornament is perfect for your walls or makes a great gift. Ankole is a natural product known for unique and beautiful variations and colors will vary from caramel to creamy white.
